Welcome to PlayXCore ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayXCore application (the "Service"). • The PlayXCore Service is a tool that allows users to view video content by providing a public Uniform Resource Locator (URL) for that content.
• **PlayXCore does not host, store, or control any video content.** All content is served directly from the third-party platforms designated by the user's provided URL.

2. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

• **Content Responsibility:** You are solely and entirely responsible for any URLs you submit and the content displayed via those URLs. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and display the linked content.
• **Prohibited Conduct:** You agree not to use the Service to view, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, infringes upon intellectual property rights, contains malicious software, or violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• **System Integrity:** You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PlayXCore. All intellectual property rights related to the content you link to remain with the original content owner/creator.

The Service is provided to you free of charge and may display advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that we may place advertising on the Service, including in conjunction with third-party content.
